Dr LUBIBA NDWENI Joachim, MD, MPH.
Managing Partner
He is a Senior Manager with more than 17 years of professional experience with national governments, donors, regional and international organizations. He has developed and led several development projects and organizational transformation initiatives, notably in the health sector, access to the public pharmaceutical markets and economic diplomacy in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Cameroon, Madagascar and 14 other countries. Central and West Africa.
He has a strong demonstrated ability to lead (team leader), manage and coordinate meetings in a multicultural and results-oriented context, with extensive experience in the management and administration of public services (governments, non-governmental organizations, faith-based organizations) and private services. He has a mastery of administrative and financial procedures from international donors (USAID, Global Fund, World Bank, European Union, Gavi Alliance, United Nations System / UN) and the private sector (SANOFI, Roche, Dalberg, JTC Consulting Business Events).
He is a Medical Doctor, Surgery and Childbirth and holds a Master degree in Public Health. He is bilingual, fluent in French with professional skills in English. One of its most significant achievements is the overall management of the programs of the Global Fund against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) in the DRC: Preparation of the country’s proposal, written with the NMCP, management, negotiation with the Local Fund agent (LFA), implemented as Principal recipient (PR) in collaboration with 14 non-governmental organizations as Sub-recipients and manage effectively and successfully Project closure process.
He provided support to Côte d’Ivoire’s Ministry of Health, Gavi and Dalberg joining forces to redefine international cooperation: The Ministry of Health spearheaded the reforms needed to optimize management and traceability of funding. These reforms included the entire reorganization of the Health General Directorate (DGS) to better suit the needs of the country, and the creation of a dedicated structure to manage all external funding (UCP-FE). He created the first centralized Programme Management Unit, the Coordination Unit for Programmes – External Funding (UCP-FE) in Côte d’Ivoire.

Mrs BATEBA MAYENGO
Partner, Communication and Marketing Manager
She is a Manager with more than 5 years of experience in the fields of social communication and network marketing management. She worked at PSI / ASF (Population Service International), Principal Beneficiary in the DRC and Forever Living Products in Cameroon.
She has developed and implemented social communication strategies to promote communication for behavior change (CCC) in Global Fund and USAID projects. She holds a Master in Marketing and Communication.
She has demonstrated her ability to work in multicultural environments in three French-speaking Sub-Saharan African countries (DRC, Côte d’Ivoire and Cameroon). Bilingual with an excellent knowledge of French and a medium level of English. She has extensive experience in partnership management and excellent leadership skills
