At JTC Consulting Business & Events, we are experts passionate about innovation and the transformation of health systems in Africa. Thanks to our expertise in strategy, business development and event management, we create tailor-made solutions to meet the complex challenges of our clients and improve access to quality healthcare.

Objectives

JTC Consulting Business & Events is an Ivorian company based in Abidjan and operates in three other African countries: Senegal, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Côte d'Ivoire.

Our ambition is to expand our international presence, particularly in Canada, to develop new private partnerships to strengthen access to public health care in Africa.

We are committed to improving the health of vulnerable populations in developing countries. This mission is at the heart of our passion and our daily commitment.

Vision

Develop strong partnerships with local governments and the private sector to:

Improving disease prevention,
Save lives,
Reduce infant and maternal mortality in Africa.

Mission

Facilitate access to public procurement to make quality health care affordable and accessible to vulnerable populations, while strengthening health systems in low-income countries in sub-Saharan Africa.

Dr. Joachim LUBIBA

Head of Mission,

Country Director Ivory Coast – AHDP Project Since January 2023, Dr. Joachim Ndweni LUBIBA has been the Country Director Ivory Coast within the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), as part of the African Health Diagnostics Platform (AHDP), funded by the European Investment Bank (EIB), the European Commission and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Communication and Marketing Manager

Manager with more than 10 years of experience in social communication and network marketing management. Co-founder of JTC Consulting Business & Events and Marketing Communications Manager, 2019-to date. She worked for PSI/ASF (Population Services International), the main beneficiary of the Global Fund in DRC, as well as for Forever Living Products in Cameroon. It has developed and implemented social communication strategies to promote communication for behaviour change (CCC) in Global Fund and USAID projects. She holds a Master in Marketing and Communication. She has demonstrated her ability to work in multicultural environments in three countries in French-speaking sub-Saharan Africa (DRC, Côte d'Ivoire and Cameroon). Bilingual, she has excellent command of French and an intermediate level in English.
